Board member Allan Trick opened the evening by introducing "Webmaster of Ceremonies" Jeff Barczewski; Tom Wheeler was recognized with a special plaque for his efforts on the redesign of stlwebdev.org; Awards Committee Chair Lisa Balbes received an appreciation plaque for organizing the awards program for the last three years.
